I have in the past done a lot of things to improve myself. 1. Quit smoking 2. Reduced my alcohol consumption 3. Exercised regularly 4. Gotten out of bed early 5. Stopped watching TV 6. Read a lot, etc, etc. All of these things at one time or another have fallen by the wayside. It is my mission to gradually implement all of these things back into my daily routine. Consistency is the key. All great men have had discipline and consistency in their lives. I want to be disciplined and consistent. I am confident that floating will help me get there.
