Say It Ain't So Joe

I am going to go a little off topic today.

As an Italian American that grew up in the northeast, I spent my Saturday afternoons in the Fall watching Penn State Football.  Joe Paterno was/is revered in my household.  I am truly saddened by what has happened these past few days.  A truly great man has been fired (by phone no less) for the actions of another and perhaps his own inaction's.  I am not going to get into what JoePa should or shouldn't have done.  I just want people to realize that Jerry Sandusky is the perpetrator of these horrific crimes against children not Joe Paterno.  For all of this to fall at the feet of a man that lived his entire life by a code of honesty and integrity sickens me.  Please look at all of the good that he has accomplished in his 80+ years of life and ask yourself "is this a man that maliciously protected a sexual predator?"  I say no.  The Huffington Post has a great article.

Our society really needs to stop hating on those that do not deserve it.  FLOATING is going to bring us back to love.
